Responsibilities
- Provide quality daily care and emotional support to residents in skilled nursing and rehab facilities
- Assist with bathing, grooming, feeding, and ambulation
- Record vital signs and report changes in condition to supervising nurses
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Uphold facility policies and procedures with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania CNA license (in good standing)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- At least 6 months of recent long-term care experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to reliable attendance and quality care
