Position Overview
We are seeking highly skilled Travel ICU Registered Nurses (RNs) for night shift assignments. This role is ideal for nurses who excel in high-acuity environments, demonstrate strong critical thinking, and thrive under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor vital signs, manage life-support equipment, and administer medications.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to implement treatment plans.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes according to hospital policy and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (multi-state compact license preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience required.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; CCRN preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and effective communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shift in dynamic, high-acuity settings.
